Steps for buylists

1) Determine if you're going to be shipping us bulk (cards $2.99 or less) or if you'll be using our detailed buylist service

2) If you plan on shipping bulk please email us how much bulk you plan on shipping. For bulk cards you do NOT have to scan them all into the app, or enter them into our buylist. We want to save you time if possible. We pay less for sifted bulk because we're under the assumption that you've recently cherrypicked above a certain price range. If you are selling us a collection with a few cards slightly around the range, include them in the buylist you provide us and we'll be very reasonable. If you don't want to count out all your cards, that's ok! A stack of cards 1 foot tall or 4 lbs of cards are equal to 1k cards. Once we receive your shipment we will release funds to your preferred payment processor. 

3) If you'll be using our detailed buylist, please determine if you're going to email us a CSV or enter into our own buylist. Please follow the instructions for CSV here, and for entering into our own buylist here.

4) We'll review your buylist and email you back with a preliminary offer ASAP.

5) If you're comfortable with the offer, reply with a confirmation and we'll provide you with a prepaid label for you to print out via email. We'll need to know details of the box you'll be shipping (length, width, height, and weight) as well as your address for the label.

6) Package up your cards to avoid damaging. Best practice is to use team bags and fit up to 50 cards per team bag, seal it shut, and then place it into the box. Use paper, bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, or alternative sanitary package stuffing to make sure your cards will not move in transit, which could lead to potential damage. Please avoid using tape around your cards as much as possible, as it could potentially change the condition of your cards from Near Mint to Damaged!

7) We'll receive your cards and review the conditions to make sure everything matches the description of what we're expecting. It is up to YOU to make sure the conditions are accurate, please review the condition guide or email us if you have any questions. If card conditions don't match we will need to adjust our offer, we will send you an email with an updated final offer based on the cards that matched what was expected as well as an exception list in which we will list the updated offer based on the condition and/or if we will be rejecting specific cards. For cards that are rejected we will ship them back to you at your expense, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from our final offer in a clear and obvious manner.

8) Once everything is agreed to, we will send payment via your preferred payment processor.
